Megan is an Ottawa-born and raised real estate professional with a deep understanding of the local market and a passion for helping clients make confident, informed decisions. Known for her transparency, strong communication, and commitment to exceeding expectations, Megan focuses on building long-term relationships rooted in trust, integrity, and results.

With a diverse sales background, an investor mindset, and a natural eye for design, architecture, and creativity, Megan brings a unique perspective to every real estate transaction. She has a gift for seeing possibility where others see the ordinary - transforming simple spaces, ideas, and opportunities into something elevated, impactful, and unforgettable.

Her ability to identify hidden potential, enhance property value, and strategically position homes allows her to help clients buy for less, sell for more, and achieve profitable outcomes.

In less than two years, Megan founded and began leading her own all-women real estate team, The Reality Group, creating a collaborative, empowering environment for women in the industry while delivering elevated service, expertise, and results for clients. The Reality Group has since expanded into multiple cities, including Toronto and the GTA.

Megan also opened a registered eXp office in Nepean and launched RStudio within the same location - a professional content creation, office, event and networking space designed to bring creativity, connection and entrepreneurship together under one roof.

Outside of real estate, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends and is passionate about the outdoors, fitness, art, architecture, renovation projects, learning about different cultures, and exploring the world.
