Do you help with commercial leasing as well as buying and selling?

Can you tell me what my commercial property is worth?
We can prepare a comparative market analysis from recent sales of similar properties. It is an agent’s opinion of value for pricing a sale, not an appraisal. A lender, a court or a tax matter usually needs a formal appraisal from a qualified appraiser.
How do I know whether my business is allowed in a space?
The city’s zoning by-law sets which uses are allowed on each property. We check the zone with you before you commit. For a use the zone may not allow, the city’s planning staff or a planner can confirm it.
Do you work outside Ottawa?
