A few months ago, we stumbled upon a home. We were not really planning to buy or sell, we were simply browsing online to get ideas for the future and decided to take a tour of this home on a free Saturday afternoon for fun. We were paired with realtor Noelle Gordon.

She showed us the home and we were in love. We let her know we were interested. Noelle said she will take care of it and we left thinking we would hear from her in a week or so.

Let me tell you.. Noelle already had spoken to the owner, discussed the issues with this home and negotiated it all. By 5pm, we had signed a conditional offer. I know, sounds like a movie. We could not believe this all happened within a few hours, how she negotiated and brought down the price.

We were overjoyed, yet I felt quite anxious regarding selling our existing house which felt quite sudden as this was not at all in our plans. We were scratching our heads, we did not know a thing about selling and did not know what to do.

Right away, Noelle took the lead and set up an appointment with us the same week to discuss and prepare our existing house. She came along with the stager and the owner, Megan Stagg.

I was worried about this meeting but these ladies made it feel like a breeze. Noelle made sure I understood everything, and reassured me that she will take care of everything. Megan also echoed her words. I felt so at ease with them, it felt like we were friends.

We used Megan for both the sale of our condo and purchase of our new house. Megan was able to provide helpful tips for decluttering, stage and photograph well so our condo presented its best, and listed across multiple locations so we got the exposure we needed to sell quickly.

She has a good eye for issues with houses we went to see and was able to communicate with the selling agents to get us the house we wanted under asking. Super impressed with the thoroughness of the team, communication is top notch!
