therealitygroup.ca is run by The Reality Group, a team of real estate agents at eXp Realty, Brokerage. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Property details, descriptions, photos and videos on this site are for general information. We believe them to be accurate when we publish them, but they are not guaranteed: a property may have sold, been leased, changed price or been taken off the market since. Confirm every detail that matters to you before you rely on it.

Where a page states a figure, a date or a source, it describes that figure as of that date. It is not a forecast.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, mortgage or investment advice. For those, speak with a lawyer, an accountant, a lender or another qualified professional about your own situation.

A home evaluation from our team is a comparative market analysis: an agent’s opinion of value based on recent sales of similar properties. It is not an appraisal.

Browsing the site, sending a form or using the chat assistant does not create a client relationship with The Reality Group or eXp Realty, Brokerage. If you choose to work with us, the terms of that relationship are set out in a written agreement with the brokerage.

The chat button on each page opens an AI assistant, not a person. Its answers are general information, and it can make mistakes. For anything about a specific property, a purchase or a sale, speak with one of our agents. How chat messages are handled is in our privacy policy.
